They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, providing valuable insights into the local culture and arranging everything from tours to transportation. It felt like staying with a dear friend who genuinely cared about our experience. Also they provided with delicius home cooked breakfast and tour package to Mount Batur to watch the sunrise

Owner was so welcoming and lovely, help us organise a tour of Mount batur! So worth it! Food for dinner was so yummy! Rooms were comfortable! If you are planning on doing the hike I would recommended coming here first

I can put 10/10 Very friendly owner, care about all our wishes and gave a large room. Rooms are clean, service is good. We didn’t even have to look for a cafe, the hotel cooks everything and it’s very tasty. The Internet is good, the view of Batur is amazing. Only one thing I didn’t quite like was how the towels smelled after use. If this moment is corrected, then everything will be perfect.

The hot pools were great one right outside the room and a terrace of pools with different temperatures all fed by natural spring water so no chemicals. Staff very accommodating and helpful, when your pool goes cold they will empty out and refil with hot water. Breakfast was awesome as were the pizzas at the restaurant .
