It was incredible to find such a comfortable villa in such a wild location. The villa is not big, but it has everything you need. You can tell it was made with a lot of love and care. They even provide robes, slippers, breakfast items, and a fully stocked minibar, which is so convenient since there are no shops within walking distance. The location is unique, with a stunning view of the rice terraces—no houses in front, offering complete seclusion and privacy. There are no tourists around, so you get to experience Bali in its untouched beauty. We were welcomed so warmly, and they prepared an incredible surprise that I will remember for the rest of my life. There was a bird in a cage, which we were asked to set free as a symbol of liberation. It was so unexpected, yet so beautiful and moving! Another amazing thing was that you can walk down to the river and wander through the rice fields completely alone. The energy there is something else—I've never felt anything like it anywhere else! I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and soul. I fell in love with this place forever!

Beautiful and secluded genuinely eco resort. The staff and owners were lovely and passionate. We slept amazingly in the tree house style accommodation which was very comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of traditional Balinese design and modern comfort, creating a serene oasis that truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the breathtaking views, was meticulously crafted to enhance the stay. The staff at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa were exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided invaluable local insights that enriched my trip. The surrounding area is just as impressive, offering a perfect mix of natural beauty and tranquility. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in the lush gardens or exploring the vibrant local culture, every moment was filled with delight. The food is delicious, especially Chicken Teriyaki bowl, but overall excellent for great prices. The location is a bit remote, so there is no city sounds and there is overall peace and quiet, so this is a great place to rest, clean up your head and just relax. The staff is very kind and is there to help you with anything, always smiling. Beds are comfortable, room has everything you might need - apart from a wardrobe, which is acceptable because of the house construction. We loved it here.

We had a wonderful family 4 dsys stay at a Oemah Tepi Sawah. Surrounded by lush rice fields it offers serene escape from the busy world. The locally made breakfasts and dinners were a treat, especially the Dadar gulung and chicken Sate. A special mention to our friendly driver Roi, who doubled as a guide, sharing cultural insights and helping us discover hidden gems. He even took us to local shopping centers where we bought some lovely traditional Balinese outfits. The peaceful location, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Bali! Sleeping in to crickets chirping and toads croaking felt lively and amazing!!

    The entire resort was wonderful.

    The entire resort was wonderful. This is not for someone looking for a 5 star resort but it is a 5 star eco resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings and wish we had had a longer time to do more hiking. The food was wonderful and staff went out of their way to be certain our stay was excellent.
