I had an amazing experience at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The hotel is spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The facilities are top-notch, with everything from great breakfast to infinity pool making it perfect for both relaxation and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff, who made check-in smooth and welcoming.The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.
