Novotel SAMATOR was a beautiful property along with its conventional location which can be accessed very easily. The property was good, the staffs were very helpful and the cleanliness was awesome. Overall a good stay. I would recommend the stay to all the travellers.

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.

For the price, it's PERFECT! friendly staff, the decoration inside looks beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious There was even an ATM inside, and they provided free shuttle to the airport
