The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. It is an all natural experience! Walking around the islands, bare foot in sandy roads, eat in restaurants in the sand, swim in crystal clear waters and with the company of the turtles! The island is amazing, however there is a lot of rubbish everywhere, great vibe on the island and you are literally surounded by the beautiful sea, amazing sunsets. Island vibe simple and quieter Not any shops but adequate for simple supplies Excellent response from Medics when called upon for unwell guest., Restaurants with varied Menus Attended a Family wedding function on the Isand which was amazing, perfect. The bungalows are very comfortable and clean. AC works very well, wifi also. The toilet is big and clean. The balcony is also very pleasant to work! You can rent bikes here, snorkling material and they even help you with the transportation to the next place (good transportation in safe boat with ac!) The breakfast is yummy and you can choose from variety of options. They prepare a welcome drink. And there is a little playground in front for little kids (up to 5/6 years old). The boat usually drops a little further from the hotel and it is just a 3minutes walk. However, if you go from the harbour it is best to use the carriage.
