We used the hotel only for 1 night to transfer from Jakarta to the Flores island. We flew to the international terminal from Europe. The hotel is located at the adjacent terminal for domestic flights. Transfer between the terminals is possible by roller or taxi. We used a taxi. The hotel has a fantastic location. A few steps from the terminal for domestic flights. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very tasty breakfast, also a selection from the European diet. Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.

Very clean, bed was comfy, kudos to the staff... they are professional, friendly, attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast spread was good, only something to improve is the placement of small plates, spoons, bowls must be according to the placement of the dishes. I came to the dessert section, no small bowls or plates available which makes me have to walk all the way to get it from another section, there was no small spoons on sight at the muesly yogurt section which was already scooped into the small glasses. However, overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
