Property was clean tidy and exactly as in the pictures. Location was good and close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was from a menu rather than buffet however the selection was ok and portions were good. The staff were very helpful we had no issues during our stay. The semi open shower room was something different but really good. There was three pools and the times were very flexible with one pool staying open all night as long as you keep the noise down. The property was about 10-15 mins walk from the beach, scooter hire was right opposite the hotel and Robbi gave a great service.

Honestly, a well deserved 5-star review. The staff’s energy is just so lovely, super helpful with the biggest, genuine smile. The room was super clean, every part of it; comfortable bed, nice shower, massive new fridge, enough space to unpack your luggage,… And for the first time, I actually enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s long, deep and not chockful of chlorine/chemicals. Another awesome feature I realize now with moving to another accomodation as the room sadly couldn’t be extended, is that there’s no noise from the Mosque’s, chickens or anything else. My sleep was sound & deep. Highly recommend this place. Ps. Right next door is a lovely breakfast place where you can mix and match any kind of meal you can think of.

This is a place, a home, that has given us peace and made us feel so so welcome. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. Marlisa and her team just wants you to relax and feel comfortable while travelling and that has been a privilege. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. For booking us a transfer to the harbour, for serving us every day with all our questions, for the lovely breakfast and the clean beds every morning. Thank you that we really could take a breath here!

We loved this place! The room was amazing, the bathroom is lovely and the breakfast was one of the best ones we have had in Indonesia. Located at a short distance of the main. We rented scooters with a good price and booked a tour and a taxi with them. Very good prices

+++ we enjoyed our stay in Sikara so much, we will definitely be coming back there! It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING! Thanks so much to the whole team! Couple things to improve: - soundproofing the walls. You can literally hear everything from the outside. Good thing we brought earplugs. - food at the restaurant. We were a little disappointed by the quality of the food. We had some snacks by the pool and breakfast maybe couple of times, but it was always missing the taste. - taxi service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We paid 500k for taxi services from the hotel, when we could’ve taken local taxi for 170k. Price difference is huge, but we thought it will be easier, faster and better quality. When we left the hotel, driver got a call from a hotel, and apparently wrong taxi took us, so we had to change the car. Moreover, the driver was speeding so much, we asked multiple times to slow down, because we didn’t feel safe. Taxi services have nothing to do with the great hotel services we got, but it ruined the whole experience a bit.

Amazing stay right on the beachfront. The room was very clean and super comfortable, with everything i needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were always kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the first moment. The location could not be better, with restaurants and shops nearby, and waking up to the sound of the sea was unforgettable.

    I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short...

    I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short distance from each other. There were lots of nice cafes for breakfast as well as restaurants for lunch and dinner. We spent some days in Ekas which is very close to reach by boat, which gave us a nice balance between busy and calm.

    A dusty beach town undergoing rapid development that has absolutely nothing to do with the local culture or architectural style. The beaches in the area are long, wild, surf-pounded beaches, as opposed to gentle, inviting beaches. Most were covered in litter and on some the sea was a soup of plastic. If you're into surfing and working out (and then strutting around showing off your abs and tattoos) and drinking matcha lattes, you might love it here. I found it pretentious, unfriendly and as a non-surfer, there was nothing much to do

    Kuta Lombok is a dream.

    Kuta Lombok is a dream. Way more relaxed than Bali, and way more beautiful. The beaches are unreal and the water is insanely clear. Great surf, chill vibes, and the locals are super friendly. There’s a nice mix of local food and cool little cafes, and it’s still not overcrowded. Loved every minute. Can’t wait to go back.

    Pretty isolated.

    Pretty isolated. At least the are of Novotel hotel with Mandalika beach No places to eat nearby. If you don't drive, then you can only eat on the hotel territory. Also, the adjacent places are quite dirty: there is a lot of plastic, bottles and other trash on the beach and places not related to Novotel hotel

    Stunning beaches and nature.

    Stunning beaches and nature. A white sandy beach on the hillside! No traffic, yet it offers complete amenities. A magnificent experience! It's less than an hour's flight from Bali or a 1.5-hour boat ride from Bali! Highly recommend!

    The streets were quite dirty, many waiters did not understand food orders. Meals took too long to be brought on the table, too dangerous - many motorbikes run into each other and people. Good things - active till late, varied cousine.

    The resort was close to all amenities but was so clean and quiet. The staff are all so helpful and super friendly. They organised drivers for us at very short notice. There are no kettles in the room but the staff organised for me within minutes. We found out that this hotel was one of the first in Kuta Lombok and the experience of the staff reflects this. I can highly recommend. The bed is super comfy and very good air conditioning. There are plenty of day beds around the crystal clear pool.

    Beautiful small boutique accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly. We hired our motorbike from them which was very convenient. You can walk to the main road it’s approx 10 minutes, 15-20 minutes to beach and western style cafes/ restaurants. We drove to most surf beaches and the roads are amazing with hardly any traffic. We love Kuta Lombok and will definitely be back! 🌴☀️💋

    So nothing beats the location and the views! It is in a secluded little nook of the bay with no other hotels and you can get to the center by walking on the beach. Amazing view from the porch of our room and the pool. Breakfast was delivered to our room’s porch which was nice.
