Everything! Don't think twice, book your stay now. The hotel has their own drivers. We were left in the centre of kuta and the hotel picked us up as we were with our luggages and we were greeted with the staff who took our luggages. The style is amazing, rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is the best one we had in our 3 week stay in Indonesia. Absolutley nothing bad to say. Staff are amazing. Just 5 mins walk from Kuta town so restaurants are so near. The hotel's restaurant stays open till 10pm as well. As for laundry you can take just outside the hotel. In love! Whatever you need you can text on whatsapp and they even helped us go to a beach by their driver, who picked us up by live location as we were lost, his name is Pratman. We was the best!!!

Great location close to all Kuta shops and restaurants and very quiet on the other hand. Bungalows are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Even a little kitchen is inside. Each bungalow has a little private grass terrace and separated by high plants from the pool. The latter is big and warm, nice to chill there after the surf day. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Helped us with every request. Would love to come back!

The best accommodation in Indonesia. We changed five accommodations during our trip for roughly the same price, and Kopilavila was clearly the best. Although there is no lunch and dinner option, there is a delivery service which works great. Breakfast, room, cleanliness, staff, views, service were all perfect. Thank you for the beautiful moments.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.

    I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short...

    I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short distance from each other. There were lots of nice cafes for breakfast as well as restaurants for lunch and dinner. We spent some days in Ekas which is very close to reach by boat, which gave us a nice balance between busy and calm.

    A dusty beach town undergoing rapid development that has absolutely nothing to do with the local culture or architectural style. The beaches in the area are long, wild, surf-pounded beaches, as opposed to gentle, inviting beaches. Most were covered in litter and on some the sea was a soup of plastic. If you're into surfing and working out (and then strutting around showing off your abs and tattoos) and drinking matcha lattes, you might love it here. I found it pretentious, unfriendly and as a non-surfer, there was nothing much to do

    Kuta Lombok is a dream.

    Kuta Lombok is a dream. Way more relaxed than Bali, and way more beautiful. The beaches are unreal and the water is insanely clear. Great surf, chill vibes, and the locals are super friendly. There’s a nice mix of local food and cool little cafes, and it’s still not overcrowded. Loved every minute. Can’t wait to go back.

    Pretty isolated.

    Pretty isolated. At least the are of Novotel hotel with Mandalika beach No places to eat nearby. If you don't drive, then you can only eat on the hotel territory. Also, the adjacent places are quite dirty: there is a lot of plastic, bottles and other trash on the beach and places not related to Novotel hotel

    Stunning beaches and nature.

    Stunning beaches and nature. A white sandy beach on the hillside! No traffic, yet it offers complete amenities. A magnificent experience! It's less than an hour's flight from Bali or a 1.5-hour boat ride from Bali! Highly recommend!

    The streets were quite dirty, many waiters did not understand food orders. Meals took too long to be brought on the table, too dangerous - many motorbikes run into each other and people. Good things - active till late, varied cousine.

    Probably the best place to stay when in Lombok Kuta, for those who do not want to give up on the benefits of a hotel and still want to be directly in the city center. It was clean, pool was great to use, when the weather decides to not let you on the beach and breakfast was also good with a sometimes changing breakfast variety.

    Was upgraded to a villa from a bungalow and ended up extending because the property was so beautiful. Excellent room service and you feel you could say in the hotel all day and relax. However the outdoor shower and pool can only really be enjoyed after a good session of surf, for which Kuta Lombok is amazing!

    The best place to stay in kuta lombok! The room was so amazing, the breakfast is PERFECT even the Staff are so friendly. The location is Peace and quite, another point we can also rent motorbike and anu transport direct from hotel that help Me so much on my trip. Definitely comeback!!!

    It was right by the beach and the rooms, while simple, were clean and perfect for what we needed. The reception staff also helped to book us a scooter which arrived within 10 minutes of us checking in. It’s the perfect budget hotel.
