There's really not much, if even anything to moan about it. Super friendly staff, clean accomodation, beautifully maintained gardens, a comfortable shuttle service to town, pick up services at airport and a management that understands well the needs of guests and visitors. The restaurant could bring some more local, Indonesian dishes on the menu. Would be fantastic, but overall food selection is excellent 👌

Really enjoyed staying in the villa. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff deserves a 10-star rating :) they helped with motorbike rental and tour booking also. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

We had the best time at The Seraya resort! We came for two days but decided to extend our stay as soon as we arrived. Everything was great for some relaxing days. The house reef was amazing, we saw turtle, many fish and nice coral. The staff were so helpful and food was great. Would love to come back, we just loved our time here! There is no wifi so if you want internet you have to buy an indonesian e-sim :)

The hotel was stunning, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. It was conveniently close to the airport (with free transfer!) and only a short grab ride away from the main strip. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Can't fault this place. We stayed here for two nights before our boat trip to Komodo. Hotel is beautiful, spotless, rooms are spacious and the bed is so comfy. The staff are amazing - kept in touch with us all day when our flight to Labuan bajo was delayed, and had our breakfast pre ordered and ready for us the day we left. Rooftop bar and pool is beautiful and lovely way to spend the day before an excursion. Highly recommend!! (Coffee is also great)

The property has the perfect location in Labuan Bajo, price quality is very good and the room was very comfortable and clean. Our stay included breakfast, but since we had to leave for the airport very early, the staff suggested to prepare our breakfast to go. Very pro active.     This is my first time to Labuan Bajo and I enjoyed very much at Padar Island to see the panoramic view. Beautiful crystal clear water at several islands. Also very interesting visiting the Komodo National Park to see the Komodo dragons.

    SO many incredible things to do in and around the area.

    SO many incredible things to do in and around the area. The people were so kind and we did our PADI open water course with Dive Tribe Komodo. We did a day trip of the islands around and that was fantastic.

    It was a stopover for our tour of the Komodo Islands.

    It was a stopover for our tour of the Komodo Islands. Looks like there was great seafood in restaurants which we would have liked to try, but too late to make reservations. If we return we will choose a location closer to town so we can explore what it has to offer.

    The set of islands and Komodo National Park off of Labuan...

    The set of islands and Komodo National Park off of Labuan Bajo have stunning marine life; ideal for snorkeling, scuba-diving and hiking. It's definitely worth exploring these remote island via multi-day boat trip. Look for decent boat sleeping arrangement, and guides that has extensive experience of the area to spot manta ray, turtles, dolphins and other sea creatures.

    Great town with nice boat trip options for world class snorkeling and diving. Really nice choice of tours, hotels and restaurants found in town. Not as busy as Bali and more friendly people. Inland tours have very bad roads as it is windy and volcanic, so be prepared for a very time consuming inland tours.

    This hotel had everything I would have hoped staying in Labuan Bajo. The hotel is really beautiful, the room has a high quality and the staff is really helpful. Breakfast was amazing and it had new options every morning. It also has a very calm beach/pool area so it's the perfect place to stay.

    The location of the hotel is central, it is just a short walk from the marina where all the trips start. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of Labuan Bajo bay. All the restaurants and caffes are just short walk along the main road.
