We absolutely adored our time at the Sudamala, the rooms were tastefully decorated, the pillows so good that we asked to for the brand to buy them for our home, the food and cocktails were amazing, and we loved the spa. Not to mention the staff were all so warm and welcoming.

The hotel was stunning, staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. It was conveniently close to the airport (with free transfer!) and only a short grab ride away from the main strip. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Really friendly staff who go above and beyond. Very reasonable and efficient laundry service. We had a room with a balcony view over the harbour area which was beautiful. Great breakfast on a wonderful terrace. Recommend this place for great value for money and friendly atmosphere.

    This is my first time to Labuan Bajo and I enjoyed very much at Padar Island to see the panoramic view. Beautiful crystal clear water at several islands. Also very interesting visiting the Komodo National Park to see the Komodo dragons.

    SO many incredible things to do in and around the area.

    SO many incredible things to do in and around the area. The people were so kind and we did our PADI open water course with Dive Tribe Komodo. We did a day trip of the islands around and that was fantastic.

    It was a stopover for our tour of the Komodo Islands.

    It was a stopover for our tour of the Komodo Islands. Looks like there was great seafood in restaurants which we would have liked to try, but too late to make reservations. If we return we will choose a location closer to town so we can explore what it has to offer.

    The set of islands and Komodo National Park off of Labuan...

    The set of islands and Komodo National Park off of Labuan Bajo have stunning marine life; ideal for snorkeling, scuba-diving and hiking. It's definitely worth exploring these remote island via multi-day boat trip. Look for decent boat sleeping arrangement, and guides that has extensive experience of the area to spot manta ray, turtles, dolphins and other sea creatures.

    Great town with nice boat trip options for world class snorkeling and diving. Really nice choice of tours, hotels and restaurants found in town. Not as busy as Bali and more friendly people. Inland tours have very bad roads as it is windy and volcanic, so be prepared for a very time consuming inland tours.

    Our brief one-night stay at this hotel was really nice. It was one night before taking a multi-day boat trip to Komodo. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice and had good bathrooms and hot water. The wifi was good quality as well. Great value for money, and close to the departure point for boat tours so the tour agencies can pick you up easily. A lot of nice restaurants and bars close by, it is right on the main street of Labuan Bajo. Breakfast on the rooftop is also nice with a good view.

    Excellent and very detail oriented. We had a double room on the ground floor and it’s very well sound proof so that you don’t hear the mosque praying. Room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Hotel towels are in very good quality. Bathroom ventilation works very well. Beds are very comfortable. Roof top is super chill and foods are super tasty. Helpful and friendly stuff. I sincerely think this is the best place to stay in Labuan Bajo with the same price group.

    Great hotel very central in Labuan Bajo, close to the harbour and restaurants, perfect to go to day tours and as a starting point in Labuan Bajo to tour in Komodo and Flores. The staff was very nice and helpful, they assisted me in getting day tours fit for me as a solo traveller which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay there again as a good starting point in Labuan Bajo.

    We had an amazing stay. They gave us a free upgrade for our room into a villa with private pool. Every little thing about the hotel is satisfying. Had we not had Labuan Bajo sea-trip booked, we'd have just loved to enjoy the view and stay in Sudamala.
