    all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.

    There are a lot of shopping centres/malls in Nagoya so if it is a go if you like shopping. Also there are lots of massage shops and you will find one to suit you. We went to Love Seafood and quite like their food.

    Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

    Air-cond can be adjusted to give the best comfort, TV is clear with the brightness best suit my eyes. Two types of water spray make shower most comfortable. If water pressure can be improved will add more comfort to showering.....

    Firstly my family and I would like to thank the hotel staff, like Mr Berry Prima and teams for their great hospitality. Thumbs up to the bellboy, reception, housekeeping,security and the F & B teams. The hotel breakfasts are superb delicious and they offer a variety of choices to choose from. All the staff at the hotel really made us feel like home.We will be coming back again to this hotel for our next visit Once again thank you for the great service.

    It’s getting a little old, but the hotel’s quirky charm is still very much intact — from the cruise ship exterior, to the Greek decor of the hotel lobby. Clean room and pool, with a good selection for breakfast. Food we ordered for room service was excellent. Toilet is huge with good water pressure. Very near the ferry terminal. And also a short taxi ride to Nagoya Hill and BCS.
