great place to spend the night if you have a flight leaving the next day. It's comfortable and has all necessary amenities. Bathrooms are clean and there are many toilets/showers. They also offer you slippers, a towel, and water!

The staff at this hotel security, house keepers and the front desk made this day worthwhile they were so warm friendly and knowledgeable. (while I was in Jakarta I was looking for a souvenir shop so that I could find a magnet and a flag of Indonesia for my son as I get him one every time I go to a different country. When I could not find a shop that sold at the front desk ordered me a flag and magnets and had a delivered to the hotel for me. When I needed to know where to change money they walked me outside and pointed directly to where it was and what floor it was on across the street so that I can change money. Any questions that were asked they would always find out or had an answer. To me the staff of this hotel is what makes staying at this hotel worthwhile. The pool is large it’s on the fifth floor it’s outdoors has a beautiful view of the city plenty of places to sit a place to eat and drink as well right they’re all on the same area. It also has a nice gym that’s right by the pool. I was able to take taxis to and from the airport within 25 minutes. There is a small small mall attached to it has a grocery store restaurants in a few little shops which was great. We will be staying at this hotel again the next time we’re in Jakarta.

First of all, I want to thank the hotel staff for their kindness and support. We stayed there for just a day. But in just a day we realized that this is the best hotel for tourists who need to wait a night or two for a flight to another country. Good location for a overnight airport stopover. Food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious, and reasonable price for an airport hotel. The staff were very helpful in the morning, and the free shuttle bus was perfect for getting to the airport in time (and easy for being picked up the night before). I also had a massage in the hotel, which I booked in advance. It was reasonably priced, traditional style and the massage was good (I get massages often). The room was nice and clean, very comfy bed, and nice (semi)private balcony area.
