A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued.     My last visit to Surabaya was about 10 years ago. The city had transformed to be nicer and cleaner. Shopping malls were excellent now, cleaner. Keep it up. Surprisingly bluebird taxis were still available, but driver's honesty was questionable at times (meter rates).

    Surabaya is a good stepping stone for other places. We didn’t really tour the city, mainly because we had other plans around it. The air quality was a bit disturbing. There were a lot of accomodation options, which was good. Would recommend it if you want to see ruins nearby or fly to Pangkalan Bun (Kalimantan).

    Well Surabaya has been improving a lot now, for example it widened the main road like jl Ahmad Yani and others. clean gardens, and traffic was not so bad actually. it is easy to get around. our fav resto is Beatus alfresco Grill N Dining for sure. it was a very short trip 2 nights but fulfilled the purpose of the trip.

    Movenpick hotel is very clean, nice big rooms with wonderful, amazing & friendly staff Elsa, Shanaz, Mali, Tyas. Elsa the boss of housekeeping team made my room every day, clean, nice smell. Every night when I come to my room made me very happy, clean & nice smell. Good girl Elsa. Shanaz, Mali & Tyas were my guides. Everyday they arrange my trip & I really enjoyed. God bless there hearts. Mali, Tyas & Shanaz were helping me to order Grab& Places to visit. The best customer service, friendly with lots of smile. Very respectful staff & wonderful service.

    We just stayed for a few hours as we had to land in Surabaya and then took a tour starting from midnight. There we could not have a full feeling of the hotel, but an impression. Rooms where not so nice but for the price OK, felt clean enough. Staff extremely nice and helpful, even prepared a take away breakfast
