We had such a great stay at Barefoot Glamping. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The team were genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling over the top. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, spotless, and designed in a way that felt both stylish and comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every detail, from the bedding to the lighting and layout. The food was consistently excellent, fresh, local, and full of flavour. It was clear that real care went into every meal. What really made the experience stand out were the surroundings. The setting is stunning! Peaceful, green, and so quiet that you instantly feel switched off from everything else. It had such a calm, retreat-like atmosphere that we both felt completely recharged by the time we left. There’s also so much to do nearby. We went on a sunset tour, tried fishing, hiked to a waterfall, and spent time diving in the clearest water, all within easy reach. Barefoot Glamping strikes the perfect balance between comfort, nature, and adventure. It’s one of those places you leave already planning to come back.

You must remember this is a BnB accomidation its a very private compound with only a couple of guest room. Very private. Such a personal experience better than being in a hotel. The staff are amazing and GoGo just makes it feel like home. Our first two days there were others staying there so we didn't ask much of the staff. After they left we had the whole place to ourselves and to our dismay the owners who we were hoping to meet had also gone on holiday. So we took the chance to make the place like home and asked that the owners dog be aloud out to play with us. Our kids loved having the animals around. The pool was right out our front door and behind that the beach and ocean. There was a massage hut and a small hut with a beer fridge and seating to watch the sunsets. They are very accomidating with people's needs and when we asked if our family could come to us instead of us going up the mountain to their house every day we were told to bring them down and they were most welcome. The staff organised a fishing trip for myself and my brother in laws and we even had use of the kayaks which were a huge hit with my son.

We are so happy to have booked our stay here! The location is STUNNING! From the restaurant/pool you have a direct view and access to the ocean. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff: they welcomed us with free coffee and cocktails, prepared our meals, and fulfilled all our requests, helping us with any issues we had. For just 400k IDR (per person), they provided us with a tour to Gunung-Batur (including round-trip transportation, an amazing guide named Suli (who deserves our immense gratitude), and an additional breakfast at the top with the best hot chocolate I've ever had).
