The staff was beyond helpful. I had a large group arriving at different times, and they got us all sorted with good humor and efficiency. The staff at reception was helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions, had lost items, needed taxis, etc. They always had smiles to welcome us and went out of their way to smooth over the very few little issues that arose. The bar staff and housekeeping were was also terrific. The location couldn't be better. We walked almost everywhere. Very pleased with everything about the Chancery.

This hotel is in a great location for shops,restaurants, the luas, sight seeing The room was spacious , spotless and so comfortable Super comfy bed and pillows Excellent shower I cannot praise the staff enough . All around perfect. Room, food, service, staff, location. Early check-in at no extra costs. Cozy sitting area at the lobby with food and drink service at the table. Breakfast was excellent, everything super-fresh and staff very friendly. Compliments to the whole team! Direct bus connection to the airport and to the temple bar district right in front of the hotel. Very nice bar (The bleeding horse) next door.

    Excellent day. €35 for entrance became €20 with my Seniors...

    Excellent day. €35 for entrance became €20 with my Seniors card. Thanks to the racecourse for this. Drink & food not exorbitant which I was half expecting so I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the seating to watch the racing where we did not have to pay any extra. A great day overall. I wish I could say the same for the nearby Clayton hotel where we were fleeced & got very poor quality. This will be an important factor if I decide to go again ( This was my first trip to Leopardstown races in over 40 years ). I generally go racing in the south of the country. Will see.

    Perfect for what I needed when traveling for work.

    Perfect for what I needed when traveling for work. It wasn’t clear that there would be an extra charge for parking when booking. I didn’t mind paying to be guaranteed somewhere to park. It was the fact it wasn’t made clear beforehand that I have issue with. Staff were excellent.

    Well appointed hotel with great rooms for families and super...

    Well appointed hotel with great rooms for families and super location for the Luas (tram) to the city and also connects with the 700 bus to the airport all day and night. Car park also excellent and a lift takes you to reception. Super base to explore all of Dublin City and Wicklow Mountains.

    We didn’t use the bus from the airport this time as headed to Curragh on Sunday but would recommend anyone to use it. Great value for money and drops you right at the door of the hotel. The hotel also offers a free bus to the racecourse. Brilliant place to stay.

    Stayed here as an alternative to staying in Bray as it was relatively close by, 7 miles. Had a family room for 3 adults but room only had 2 chairs, not three. Room was cramped and although adequate for sleep and shower, not much good for anything else. Room was stuffy and hot, owing to the lack of aircon and windows that only opened minimally (for safety). Parking garage was great and breakfast was fab and beds were comfy (KingKoil mattresses).

    The hotel is well located near several access routes. My impression is that it is a very clean hotel, throughout, with nice, friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice decor. I enjoyed an informal evening meal in the bar, of really excellent fish and chips and I thought the menu was very reasonably priced. A good experience overall and I would definitely stay there again.

    Good hotel but only issue is the temperature in the room, it’s always unbearably hot, even with the windows open and the heating turned off. I stay here regularly for work and it’s always the same, colleagues also say the same about their rooms!

    Nice hotel as all the Clayton in Dublin. I would probably expected to find a mini bar or some complimentary water as it happened in other Clayton’s. Breakfast has a good selection of product and the dinner was good for the money.
