We were only travelling through so only stayed for one night, we had room service which was sadly a bit poor, as we didn't eat out I can't comment on restaurants. Loved the Donkey Sanctuary which is close by in Liscarol, well worth a visit.

Staff were friendly, our room was nice and the food at the hotel was nice. A little more attention to detail needed in the room and some minor housekeeping observations in the bar/service areas. Service at dinner in the bar was slow but didn’t put us off eating.

The staff were very nice. The room was basic but clean and had all that was needed. Bathroom was modern and spotless. Breakfast was OK. The reason we went was for the 2 day Charleville cycling event.
