It was in an idyllic country location. The personal touch by the host and hostess were especially welcomed. There was ample space for a couple. They supplied us with coffee and milk and nibbles. We felt very welcomed.

Room was really spacious and very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. We loved our stay at Mary’s and we would totally recommend her place. Even tough we had a late check in Mary was so kind to prepare us dinner which we didn’t expect at all!

Charming cabin, very well planned and laid out. Modern and nicely finished. Thoughtfully decorated. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the hens and dogs. It was an an added bonus for her. David looked after us really well, can highly recommend. Had a lovely time while staying here. Nice, calm spot in the countryside.

    Needed accommodation after we lost electricity for 17 days after Storm Eowyn. Lavender Mews wasn't available at first, so we had to stay in hotels, but were so lucky and thankful when we got to Lavender Mews. It was our home away from home during our 7 nights there. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. And the location was ideal, just a small walk to the town centre. Will definitely be suggesting Lavender Mews to friends from now on when they come to stay in Tuam.

    Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The food at the bar was lovely and served to us very promptly. A lovely atmosphere. There were events on in the hotel but we didn't hear a sound from them which was really great.
