Beautifully restored country manor. Spent 3 nights and travelled the area. Our host was extremely helpful and provided suggestions to compliment our existing schedule. We added at least one new place to visit every day based his recommendations. Ample parking, large room (King's Room) and relaxing atmosphere. We loved our stay here. The room is exactly as the pictures.

It was in an idyllic country location. The personal touch by the host and hostess were especially welcomed. There was ample space for a couple. They supplied us with coffee and milk and nibbles. We felt very welcomed.

Mary’s home is beautiful, the Christmas decor was a lovely touch! The room was VERY spacious, so comfortable and had all the amenities! Breakfast is self service and generous options are there. Mary was absolutely wonderful, enjoyed our chat. Great hospitality!

First, let me say that it is hard to please everyone but the Bothy makes an attempt. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a family of four and everyone was impressed. We made breakfast before we left and the kitchen had all the amenities you would expect. But wait, is that a Keurig on the counter? Yes it is and yes I had delicious coffee before we got back on the road. Upon arrival the host met us at the door to make sure we were taken care of and afterwards we were left alone to enjoy our stay. Now, there was one thing that really surprised me. I forget to pack my Q-tips but by the sink was a little bathroom pack with Q-tips. I stayed at high-end hotels back in the states and never remember Q-tips being supplied. The Bothy is a great place to stay.
