Our stay at Zehava’s Zimmer in Ein Gedi was truly special. The location is peaceful and breathtaking—surrounded by desert cliffs, close to the nature reserve and with views of the Dead Sea. What really stood out to us was the creativity and charm of the space. The room is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful antique pieces and artistic touches that give it a warm, unique character. You can really feel the care and personal touch that went into creating this space—it’s not just accommodation, it’s an experience. Zehava and her history herself were incredibly welcoming and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the quiet desert air. The location is beautiful and warm, near to many hikes and few km from Massada. For the price it worth it a million time. Also it is the most kind, friendly and helpful people I had ever met so far in Israel. Best. work. team. ever.

Bedouin-style encampment village surrounded by palm trees, a real desert oasis. Unfortunately, we were there when the war broke out in Israel but they offered us to stay as long as we needed with no extra cost so we could keep safe. They invited us for a bonfire, to walk around, and to drink some beers so we felt relaxed and at home. We can't thank Kfar Hanokdim enough for everything they did for us. We made really good friends and I hope to be back soon. תודה רבה.

It was a beautiful campsite with amazing views of the Dead Sea and the stars shone brightly in the night. Lots of hammocks and cozy places to sit and view the stars at night. Highly recommend for a nice getaway and time out on nature without feeling like you’re “roughing it”’

A warm welcoming from the staff for a a calm and perfect location next to the desert. Cosy room, great breakfast and nice people all around. Kids and grandkids enjoyed activities with camels and water games.

Beautiful, modern apartment with an authentic kibbutz vibe. The host was very warm and informative and went the extra mile for us. Ein Gedi has 3 restaurants, a pool and is only 30min by bus from the Dead Sea. Highly recommended for an affordable/value-for-money stay near the Dead Sea.
