Haifa is such an incredible blend of cultures, sceneries and places to see! It's for the history lovers as well as for the foodies, suitable for young couples, older ones and even families. Haifa is a lovely beach town. I spent three days there.
Haifa is a lovely beach town. I spent three days there. Two would have been enough for what I wanted to do. You have to see the Baha'i Gardens. They're beautiful. They offer free tours. You can reserve spots on the tours on their website. Mount Carmel National Park is fun to spend time in. There are some small parks, museums, and promenades to check out. Amazing view of the city from 17th floor. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Water pressure in the shower was low but that's the only issue. I would come back next time I visit Haifa. I used to live here for a long time, so I am biased. It's as bustling as ever, despite the challenging times. The old city is undergoing a revival, and the upper city remains nice, however Hadar seems to be sinking into further neglect in some areas. There aren't a huge number of attractions, but there are a few museums, gardens and parks (including the Baha'i gardens), and lots of restaurant options.Guest review byMaximUnited States
