I recently had the pleasure of staying at Numa Hotel Jaffa, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had. First and foremost, the location is truly exceptional. Situated in the heart of the vibrant Jaffa district in Tel Aviv, the hotel offers convenient access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Alma Beach, Charles Clore Beach, and Aviv Beach are all within a short walk, making it an ideal destination for beach lovers. The hotel itself is a gem. The 4-star Numa Hotel Jaffa provides not only comfortable and stylish accommodations but also exceptional service. The staff is welcoming and attentive, with a 24-hour front desk ready to assist. The city views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, and the terrace is a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. The rooms at Numa Hotel Jaffa are both modern and cozy, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The attention to detail is evident, and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The private bathrooms are well-appointed, and the electric teapot is a nice touch. A highlight of my stay was the delectable vegetarian breakfast offered by the hotel. It was a delightful start to each day, and the variety of dishes served was impressive. All personnel at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a very late arrival (2 AM in the morning) and check-in was no problem at all, the night portier was informed about our arrival and everything was arranged. All our questions regarding transport, security and the city in general were answered extremely well. The location of the hotel was great for our purposes, the beach within walking distance and many restaurants & cafes in the close neighborhood. Only if you want to visit the old city center, you'll have to walk a bit (approx 2 km). The hotel was nicely equipped, everything was clean and it seemed freshly renovated. We even had a small balkony at our room. I'd definitely stay at Dizengoff garden hotel again & I'd totally recommend it.

    I will not recommend that place to no one.

    I will not recommend that place to no one. Room service guy doesn’t peak one word English. If You need something, the attendant doesn’t speak English. The owner told me they only have bus shettke from the guest house to airport only, that was lie and good luck to find taxi there. The room wasn’t that great.

    We arrived enroute to the US with several overseas bags.

    We arrived enroute to the US with several overseas bags. There is no elevator, and we were assigned a room upstairs. We used the telephone provided in the lobby to call David, who answered immediately and authorized a room change so we could stay in a room on the lobby level. We deeply appreciate his generous flexibility! Note to future travelers — there are about 10 steps leading up to the lobby door. The room was very clean, the bed sooooo comfortable (we fought with our alarm clock when it said it was time to head to the airport!). The room was simply furnished — table, 2 chairs, refrig, plenty of pillows, good floor space for bags and shelf space for stuff. David thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water. And the spacious backyard was a haven of green! The street and neighborhood were very quiet, and it was about a 7-8 minute walk to Faruk Cafe, a Middle Eastern kebab shop.

    Nothing.

    Nothing. The pictures on Booking .com are completely misrepresented. The place is filthy and should not be advertised by you. We did not stay and returned to the airport where we slept on chairs. We request a full refund and taxi return costs.
