Kiryat Shmona itself doesn't have much – some buildings might have great views of the valley and surrounding cliffs, but otherwise not much to do. However, the city is right in the middle of the Finger of the Galilee, and is therefore within quick access of the main eastern Galilee and Golan attractions.
