Amazing place to stay, very close to attractions like Jallianwala Bagh 5 minute walk away and golden temple 10 minutes slow walk. Rooms were very nice and clean .had what you wanted, nice ensuite and the owner treated us to complimentary breakfast which was lovely. The kulcha was very tasty. This is a must stay if staying in Amritsar.

This place it’s amazing! The manager Avijit is friendly and wonderful. He goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. Nothing is too much to ask for and he makes an adorable hand drawn map. The room itself was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, and is a very large portion. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough, one of the best places to stay in India!! :)

Our experience with De Manora homes was extraordinary to say atleast. It is located in one of the posh and safe neighborhoods in Amritsar with plenty of eateries and spots like Lawrence/queens/mall road near by. Room and bathroom were spacious and impeccably clean. We have lived in Amritsar for many years but the way our host explained the history of Golden Temple was very enlightening. Host also recommended some tips to visit the famous visiting spots. Anytime we had any question or need - our host was just a phone call away. They even went out of their way to cook some breakfast options for our kids that were not even on their menu. I would recommend De Manora homes to anyone visiting Amritsar.

Prayer at Harmandir Sahib on the 400th Guru Purb day with all the festive atmosphere was divine. Prayer at Durgiana temple was mesmerizing. Shraddhanjali at Jalianwala Bagh was emotional. If you are claiming to be Indian please don't miss a visit to the great Amritsar. Love 💕

    Amritsar is first a holy place with Harmandir Sahib being in centre of anyones visit, except the business travellers. The other best part is local food in city which is good. One can go shopping for clothes, food and wedding related purchases.

    Hotel staff is not a professional at the very first day after receiving the complete payment at the time of checking they asked to cancel the booking as you book a hotel at very low rate via booking.com now the rate is high still we are cater your request if you cancel the booking we will provide you free drop service. Actually they don't want to share booking.com commision. Later on when we enter in the room bedsheet was dusty and no cleaning was done lipstick marks were at curtain bedsheet . TV was not working not setup box was installed we stay there for 3 days and every time when we compliment about TV they said within 10mins it will repair still not done . They inform us dinner will be served at room when we order they denied and said you have to come at restaurant. Do not book this hotel .

    Lovely place, religious and sight seeing vibes. Choose weather to go - Mid September onwards would be good. December mid to Jan end would be very cold and foggy. Do visit - Golden temple, Jaliawalan bag, Historical museum, Wagah border. Eat at - Kesar ka Dhaba, Palawan dhaba. Can but papad and wadiyan and even dry fruits. Hall bazar is good place to shops - clothes to electronics all are available. Bhrawan da dhaba (Brothers dhaba) has good food. If one wants to see mall - Mall of Amritsar is only one worth visit.

    The visit of Golden Temple (Both Sri Harbinder Sahiba and Akhal Takth) is very good. Though it took me about 3 hours 20 minutes (from 4.16 am to 3.36 am) to complete my Darshan to both, I was feeling comfortable except the queue management, which I felt is not sufficient. There shall be proper queue management and facilities to the devotees/pilgrims. For example, if any person want to go for REST ROOM, it is immediately not possible, very diffcult to come out from the queue. There are chances of suffocation to the short height people and children.

    This place is away from the crowd that you will find near Golden temple. It's not too far though. The room was clean and tidy. Entire property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was really good and helpful. I didn't have any bad experience in the whole of Punjab and this was no exception. Very good folks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast was included in the room tarriff and had excellent spread.
