The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.

The room was actually clean and located in a beautiful house. The staff and owner was non-intrusive but available to help. On checking in they said if we had any questions, or anything we needed help with, just to ask. They knew how to deal with travellers, engaged appropriately.
