The hotel was very clean and the location of the hotel was also very easy to find. The hotel is located right in the center of the city, Dal Lake is 1.5 km away from this hotel. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful.If anyone is looking for budget friendly, clean rooms, good location and good service then I would highly recommend Faizzy Residency.

Very very inexpensive hotel but services was really great. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager Imran was very helpful and even assured us to get a driver and hotel in gulmarg . Budget hotel but with great facilities

Resort and it's location was very good. We booked standard rooms and found to be very spacious and luxurious with all required basic amenities. Staff incharge Mr.Md.Ashraf was very polite and made sure that all the services were offered properly from Welcome Drink,Kawah to dinner.
