We enjoyed the stay in Rainland resort and the staff provided us with great service. Additionally, the food was really good. I would like to thank all the hard working staffs for helping us meet our needs while we stayed in the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Rainland Resort to my family and friends. First the staff - outstanding and of course the location. You were welcomed with a genuine desire to help you - they took us on trips to see deer and another waterfall. They gave us local tips for the best time to see the sights. The food was delicious- it really felt like a home from home. The whole team were amazing, we would like to commend Abin, Sagheeb, Udeesh, Midhun and Hilary- these are the staff that we had the most interaction with and they have platinum service .

The location is simply out of the world. 100/10 for that. The staff is very good . Food was also amazing there was variety in the food. All meals are covered in the price it was all worth it. The ambience of the place is calm and relaxing. It is very well designed.

    The area is beautiful, don't get me wrong.

    The area is beautiful, don't get me wrong. It is very very distant however, with complete lack of services. Don't expect pharmacies, selection of restaurants or even a large variety of activities. We visited dead in the middle of winter, but the heat and humidity make it virtually impossible for any sort of hiking or other extended physical activities. There's enough to do and see for one night, don't stay longer.

    Only visit during the monsoons as the lack of water in the falls,the hot climate lack of proper dining facilities and poor road conditions does not make it a very attractive destination..best for a day trip at the most..
