The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.Guest review byKhurana - 10.0

lovely village. not so touristy or crowded as the rest of Goa is becoming :( A cafe on the road to the beach Dinahs Cafe is a must visit. Excellent value for money and the owners Mary n Pascal are personally attentive to all the customers and also in the kitchen. Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R. Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place. Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night. Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling. We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect.
