2 large pools, large room, the breakfast that was included was exceptional and delious! Room included 2 liter bottons of water not just the standard little bottles. The staff was wonderful and always tired to be very helpful! I would love to stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Mr. and Mrs. are the kindest souls we have met during our journey through India. They were helpful sharing tips, with setting up trips and cooking delicious breakfast. The dogs were nice and were always up for a cuddle. Small, but very important bonus.

    We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have...

    We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have dinner nearby the pool and need to have it inside the hotel room as there's a private party organized over the poolside. This event wasn't mentioned on booking.com and they lied that they had mentioned it everywhere. Had to raise a complaint to booking.com upon which we were given seats near the poolside to have dinner. The swimming pool has restrictions on the clothes being worn. This isn't mentioned on the website else we would have brought those. The main drawback is that you cant bring your own food/drinks to the hotel. This is not mentioned anywhere. It's like we are exposed to n number of rules upon arrival that we didn't even know/read before. breakfast is average. It took 30 minutes to refill the coffee jar upon asking the management for it. The management is worst here. We had asked to play table tennis(tt, snooker games are chargeable here). We had to wait for 10 minutes for the appropriate person to unfold the table and then after all the arrangements were done, we were told that they don't have the bat to play table tennis. This was the height of disappointment and we decided that we won't be staying here any longer and checked out in the evening itself.

    It was a nice property though a bit far from the beach. But the distance gets compensated as they have periodic shuttle service for pickup and drop between hotel and BetalBatim beach. We had breakfast included in our meal plan. The spread was good in terms of variety and quality. If someone is looking for a nice, peaceful place for stay , definitely worth a try. Also, the Betal Batim beach is very less crowded. You can easily sit there for long hours and enjoy the waves

    The best thing about the place is that is really near the beach (12 min. walking) and it is also right next to a restaurant (Martin’s corner) that seems to be from the same owner. Also there are other good restaurants (not many but a few at least) in max 20-25 min walking. The swimming pool is nice but could be cleaned sooner. The room was ok and we used laundry service which worked well. Staff was very helpful and nice.

    Food quality is very bad. staff behavior's is very bad. No food even milk is not available after 10:30 PM. In a tourist place like GOA 24 hour room service need to be required. Pool is very deep not for family members like child and non swimmer person. very low staff quantity to serving the services. 1.5 hour taken for food preparation for only 2 person .
