I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the serene backwaters. Every corner of the hotel is immaculately clean and meticulously maintained, reflecting the high standards of luxury and care. The service levels here are unmatched. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, Waking up to the panoramic views of the water was truly a treat. Dining at their restaurants especially Malabar cafe was another highlight; the food was outstanding, with a variety of options Whether it's for relaxation or exploration, Grand Hyatt Kochi is the ideal destination. very uniquely funky accommodation, loaded with a plethora of highly aesthetic antique (or, at least, antique-looking) artifacts/artworks/curiosities/etc. excellent location in the heart of jew town. spacious/stylish rooms containing some of the same type of artful pieces that u can view in their massive more-than-20-room store/warehouse/showroom adjacent to the hotel ... called "heritage arts" & under same ownership. the food was quite tasty, very generous in amnt, sophisticated/varied & carefully prepared. definitely worth the splurge! [note: rooms were advertised as accommodating only 2 adults ... but, by special request, there was no problem -- at reasonable added expense -- to add a 3rd very comfy adult-appropriate bed (not cot!) to our quite large & well-equipped room]

    Cochin is a great place to be in. Lots to see and do. Must visit the market in Mattancherry. Marine drive is a great place for the evenings. Metro service is great and roads are also very clean neat and tidy.

    We visited lots of historic places but the traditional Dobhi washing place was very interesting. The Kerala Backwaters were also amazing. The beach area needed regular cleaning but the Chinese fishing nets there and still in use after 500 years was very interesting. Its very easy to get around by walking, tuc tuc, water metro or taxi

    Amazing development although traffic is not so great. Lots to keep it cleaner. Water Metro is a huge relief. Fort Cochin is worth although, maintenance on roads and grounds needs attention. Overall worth the visit.

    Fort Kochi is the best destination for relaxation and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. The area offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern leisure, with its picturesque streets, art galleries, and waterfront views. Ohh I have to tell you about the food.. The food at Mai House was exceptionally good, featuring authentic flavors and prepared with the most tastiest fresh fishes. This restaurant stands out for its cozy ambiance and attentive service, making it an ideal spot to chill.

    It was my friends birthday and as we 3 friends have to reach cochin an go together for the surprise, i booked the hotel. Hotel was good, staff was kind and courteous. Food was ok ok as I am a vegetarian but my non veg lover friends devoured food. I will say good location, helpful nature of staff. As I am a crafter, I would prefer more lights in the room. For non specific needs, room has ample light.

    My favourite place to stay everytime I visit kochi. The rooms are large and absolutely clean. The service, the staff friendliness are 5 star. The location is perfect.
