The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

The location was excellent, on an island, away from the busyness, right by the backwaters The bed and pillows were so comfy and feather like. The view from the room was spectacular facing the waters. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a beautiful bath tub. I loved the breakfast with authentic Kerala food as well as great choice of European food. The club lounge was useful - fantastic choice of finger food ( a bit low on vegetarian options) and alcohol beverages. The check in was so quick even though I arrived at 9am. Everything was really superb.

The location is something special. You find yourself in the middle of a medieval Jewish quarter, a very touristic place. Though at nights it is so quiet and the local life comes its way... The reception was exceptional. The guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was as attentive and helpful as you may only think of. All of his recommendations were really the best. Thank you!

An absolutely stunning boutique hotel at the core of the best touristic attraction of Kochi. All the good restaurant are at walking distance and with a rickshaw booked with Uber (so no surprise in pricing) everything must see is reachable. The hotel itself is a true living museum to the glorious portuguese past. The personnel is kind, helping, courteous and full of goos advices. Highly recommended

    Being able to walk around and explore by foot which is not easy in most Indian destinations. People were very friendly and easy to communicate with in English. Food was outstanding with good variety.

    Cochin is a great place to be in. Lots to see and do.

    Cochin is a great place to be in. Lots to see and do. Must visit the market in Mattancherry. Marine drive is a great place for the evenings. Metro service is great and roads are also very clean neat and tidy.

    We visited lots of historic places but the traditional Dobhi washing place was very interesting. The Kerala Backwaters were also amazing. The beach area needed regular cleaning but the Chinese fishing nets there and still in use after 500 years was very interesting. Its very easy to get around by walking, tuc tuc, water metro or taxi

    Amazing development although traffic is not so great.

    Amazing development although traffic is not so great. Lots to keep it cleaner. Water Metro is a huge relief. Fort Cochin is worth although, maintenance on roads and grounds needs attention. Overall worth the visit.

    Fort Kochi is the best destination for relaxation and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. The area offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern leisure, with its picturesque streets, art galleries, and waterfront views. Ohh I have to tell you about the food.. The food at Mai House was exceptionally good, featuring authentic flavors and prepared with the most tastiest fresh fishes. This restaurant stands out for its cozy ambiance and attentive service, making it an ideal spot to chill.

    It was my friends birthday and as we 3 friends have to reach cochin an go together for the surprise, i booked the hotel. Hotel was good, staff was kind and courteous. Food was ok ok as I am a vegetarian but my non veg lover friends devoured food. I will say good location, helpful nature of staff. As I am a crafter, I would prefer more lights in the room. For non specific needs, room has ample light.

    The property is well located and the rooms are well equipped. The attached restaurant is fabulous and serves scrumptious North Indian fare. The location is the real star here though - you’re literally a walk away from every possible destination and there’s great Uber connectivity in case you want to travel somewhere further away. This is, in our experience, probably the best experience you can have on a budget in the area.

    It was a great experience all around. Jude was great with communication before I arrived to provide advice and organising transportation. During the stay, Venita(hope spelling is correct) and Sukesh made me feel so at home. Staff and overall hospitality is easily the best I have experienced over the many hotels all across India over my 3 weeks of travel. I will definitely be back next time with my wife.

    The hotel has a perfect location. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The owners are very attentive and are always available to help you in case you need anything. It has an incredible price and I totally recommend this accommodation. It is without a doubt the best value for money hotel I have stayed in on my entire trip to India.
