It was good location, ample parking space staff was very cooperative. Timing for hot water was mentioned in lobby. On our request very early morning hot water was provided. Very good experience of staff.

Staff will go off the way just to make your stay little more comfortable. Location of the resort is less than 4km from Ganpatipule temple and beach. Great location, Courteous staff, Lovely property, clean and comfortable rooms. Property: Main Complex: There is something very calming about the birds, the champa flowers (though watch out for monkeys). You can walk the complex and get a great exercise (don't miss the temple). There are independent cottages and hotel-style rooms. We stayed in the Wintergreen suites, which were comfortable (needed the AC). Private Beach: Clean, chairs/ gazebos to sit and chill, Cafe to beat the heat. You can walk the beach for 1-2 KMs and get a good workout Food: Breakfast: Ample choice in the buffet between Indian and continental. When booking, make sure you get the breakfast included For non-veg: Eggs, chicken sausage Dinner: Expansive menu of regional, north indian and indo-chinese

    Ganpatipule, the land of Lord Ganesha, hosts easily the best beaches in India - Kajar Bhati beach, Aare Ware Beach & the Ganpatipule Beach. Malgund Beach, all are superb ! I liked the Kajar Bhati beach the most being an isolated beach spot just before Aare Ware Beach. We also Visited Ratnagiri, which is a quick drive, and visited Lokmanya Tilak's residence, and also that of Keshavsut, noted Marathi poet, really transcended us to the past. We also did a quick visit to the Ratnadurg Fort at Ratnagiri. Views are fabulous. Good veg food options at Mejwani and Swad - by Mehendale's. Swad also serve my favourite 'Ukadiche Modak'. Rains had just started here, and the weather was just perfect, not a drop of sweat due to the early arrival of monsoon with good winds! Multiple Good stay Options available here. Best part was the excellent road conditions throughout - hats off to the administration !

    Nice place but very hot and humid atmosphere due to sea shore. Best suitable in winter. Lot of good hotels around provides genuine maharashtrisn cuisine like famous dish of Ganapati bappa i. e. traditional modak. Worth trying local dishes than trying regular options like idli sambar, dosa etc.
