Starting from location, the best with a river view and beautiful landscape away from hustle bustle and serene and quite close to Atal Tunnel. Easily accessible and have places and dhabas within kms. Being a solo female traveler, I book a dorm and was quite hesitant to stay but all the guys of the staff were too good and made me feel like a family and ensure safety. Apart from their job they roam around with me to show me places. The dorms were neat and clean and the beds were comfortable and have heating system.Even the rooms of Private and Cottages were excellent. Only thing I found food expensive here especially for solo travelers. Rest everything is exceptional.

I really enjoyed my stay at hidden heaven manali.. lovely hotel and room was clean and cozy with all facilities. View from the balcony is made my days. . what a view.. we can see view from the balcony joagni waterfall and rohtang pass mountain view... I really enjoyed... And must is hotel is located in peace location. Food was amazing staff also very polite... We must again this hidden place in old manali...

    The worst place to stay

    The worst place to stay I recently stayed at Moustache Koksar Luxuria unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying premium charges, the basic facilities were severely lacking. First and foremost, there were no power outages during my stay, leaving the entire hotel without electricity for extended periods. This not only disrupted my plans but also posed safety concerns. In this modern age, one would expect a reliable power supply to be a given, especially in a hotel charging premium rates. Furthermore, the absence of a functioning heater compounded the discomfort caused by the power outages. With no means of keeping warm, guests were left to endure chilly temperatures without assistance from the hotel staff. It's unacceptable to beg for such a basic necessity, especially after paying 9k per night for accommodation. Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of essential amenities and the apparent disregard for guest comfort at Moustache Koksar Luxuria. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative options until these issues are addressed. Thanks and Regards, Sanjay Patil
