Everything was top notch. Sonmarg is a paradise. All the other hotels were down the valley and crowded and noisy . But this radisson is above the hill. And the view was breathtakingly beautiful. The entire team was so accommodating and hospitable. The manager on duty Addil was very professional and also personally took care of us. His restaurant team and reception team entire hotel staff was so helpful and pleasant and respectful. This property is by far the cleanest and located in a scenic view. The toilets are very clean and the room extremely clean elegant. It’s so affordable for the service and views we get. The restaurant serves delicious food both veg and non veg. Too much food at a very very affordable price. In my opinion this is the hotel to stay if u visit Kashmir. Lasy they protect their customers and it’s a very safe place to stay .

Breakfast were amazing with lot of buffet option, as well as you can book A La Carte for Braekfast as well. The amount of the food portion are large, 2 person can easily have with one order. They have very good kids option. Location wise its really in nce place. the best thing about this hotel is the view. it is pretty near to the pony ride and local taxi stand. Staffs are also really helpful and nice.

I'm so happy this hostel exists and I wish I'd planned to stay in Sonamarg more time. I arrived from Leh at 2 in the morning and the manager Mahi was gracious in settling me in at such a late hour. I enjoyed walking up to the glacier and Mahi even took me for a bit of a walk along the river. The hostel is new, really clean, and the common area is awesome. I think it's the only option in its price range in Sonamarg. Thanks guys!

The staff was very good and helpful and the manager was very courteous, hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property is brand new in top notch condition. Manager helped us in arranging reliable cab from Srinagar airport itself, and we ended up using the cab the entire time during our 4-day trip on Kashmir. Manager provided us with very good recommendations of things to do in and around Sonmarg and in rest of the trip as well. We would recommend Arco to all our friends and family. Food was amazing and we received absolute royal treatment from the team.
