The view, garden, food, ambience all were very good, pleasing and soothing, relaxing. Pure, pollution free environment and mountain added to the hotel experience. Staff and owner were extremely caring and catered to our all requests. Wi fi was also good and strong most of the time despite. Mountainous area. Location and view are awesome.%⁰

Everything is just amazing! The location is the highlight of this stay. Be sure you get up early to see the great white Himalayan range just behind the hotel. The dogs Julie, Mickey and the big boy Bhaalu are just adorable. Simple things like the quality of Air, Water and the radiant sun just heighten the experience. The food is served in the thick brass utensils which give a very village vibe which i loved. Also, they made me a halwa instead of a cake which was a welcome change. Thanks Lalit, Chandan and (Top G) Puhskar.

The hospitality was genuine and overwhelming. Having located in a remote area, the staff comprising of locals and city-bred tried their best to serve our needs. For a couple who hardly lived in harsh circumstances ( cold weather) and life of shortcomings, it was a bliss to have encountered and adapted to them. The rustic touch to our stay was phenomenal and lived through it every bit.

Our stay at Tree of Life Grand Oak Manor was blissful. Wonderfully attentive staff in a historic heritage manor, all set in the beautiful Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, with fabulous walking trails and staggering views of the Himalayas, including Nanda Devi (7800 plus metres). Tremendous sunrise and sunset views, comfortable rooms, really nice sitting room, veranda and garden, lovely mountain view room balcony and excellent food. Suits independent minded, nature and history oriented visitors who do not mind the 30-minute rather bumpy rocky approach via dirt track road. The extraordinary restful spiritual aura of the place is palpable and profound. It is an ideal resting place after the frenetic energy of India.

I had an incredible stay at the Himalayan Hobbit House in the Rivendell room! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunset view from the spacious balcony—it felt like pure magic. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in the decor really added to the charm. The cozy yet modern vibe made it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, unique, and memorable stay in the Himalayas. Can't wait to visit again! Special thanks to the wonderful crew!
