I experienced the best customer service I've ever had in over 35 years travelling the world. Mr Prem, the Front Office Manager, and his colleague Mr Timan, went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. i won't go into detail, however their efforts enabled my safe and timely return to the UK after my stay in Trichy. My sincere thanks to them both. The hotel itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable, meeting all of a traveller's wants and needs.

The room was big, very clean & nice with a huge, comfortable bed. The stuff was very kind & friendly & helped me with many things. A very good, vegetarian restaurant is attached, it serves a variety of South & North Indian dishes. The rock temple is nearby. You can reach Srirangam with public busses or Autoriksha.

Bit far to walk to the central bus stand but restaurants down the end of the block and autos to hail down there too. Backs on to a relatively nice residential area so feels safe. Very clean quarters and quiet at night.
