    Our visit was essentially to setoff mental ill-health. which was achieved during our stay in Ooty, more particularly at Fortune Resorts. The behavior of the staff at Front Desk, Restaurant and House keeping was very cordial.

    The place is nothing compared to Munnar (been there 6 times)...

    The place is nothing compared to Munnar (been there 6 times). The city is too crowded, dirty, and full of disgusting restaurants. There's not much to see outside the city as well as the place is barely 1000m from sea level. Do not go there expecting stunning mountain top views, cloud-covered peaks, or beautiful meadows. Even the tea estates looked dry, uneven, and neglected. The hotels are overpriced! For people who have never been to Ooty, don't be fooled by the "Ooty hype". 10x better and cheaper to visit Munnar.

    Good place in early summer during April, the weather is just...

    Good place in early summer during April, the weather is just perfect. People are helpful welcoming and food is good. everything what we need for a perfect outing is here, beautiful places for sightseeing, just can be bit over priced, but it's worth and is homely. You will feel sad while returning as you may love the place.

    Doddabetta peak was very interesting.

    Doddabetta peak was very interesting. So was the Botanical gardens. Boating in the lake had very few options. Only large motor boat and large canoe. Nothing in between. These boats we very large and expensive for the 3 of us.

    The climate of Ooty is amazing.

    The climate of Ooty is amazing. Having your own vehicle makes it easy to move around. Not a problem even if you dont- Rickshaws available, walking around the town is fun. Botanical garden, Karnataka garden are the famous gardens to visit. Can spend almost the whole day relaxing there. Tea and Chocolate factory is also a tourist spot. Boating at Ooty lake is expensive and not very exciting. Moddys cafe is chocolate/desert place. Do not miss it. Out of ooty one can visit pykara peaks,boat house and shoot spots. Walking around in Ooty town is also fun. Dodda Betta Peak is also a nice spot to visit.

    They simply denied my booking. Asked me to contact customer care support to booking mis-management. I have serious concern when customer using online booking almost 3-4 days prior of arrival date then why the hell Hotel allocated that room to someone else without customer consent. Why customer has to suffer??? Why he has to look for another hotels on spot??? Further, It seems to below average hotel must be offered in below 1000 range despite heavy booking. Not at all worth for 1500.

    Nothing. This is a fraud hotel. There is no hotel of that name. Total fraud. They made me pay advance and later we didn't find the hotel. The contact person also didn't pick our call on the check in date. We had to move to another hotel. Very Dissapointed. Also i am not happy with booking.com service. Firstly I couldn't find a customer care number. Secondly I belive they should take ownership of the information they provide regarding the hotels on their web site.

    The food and chefs were amazing. Excellent food. The bathrooms and rooms were below par. Will not go there again. Bathroom rooms need renovation. Hotel on outside neat. We expect hotels to be better than our houses. We think we booking best hotels but no way. Could not wait to get out of der. We need cleanliness before hotels make money.

    Bad location and hotel owner is also a lier, charge extra after online booking and different hotel given by the owner, showing something in online and when reached they changed the hotel, it's all fraud happening there
