Really a pleasant experience staying at the resort with family...The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing.The resort is so hygienic, clean and efficient. It has elegant, spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable seating areas, a television, air conditioning, a room safe, and a large desk, all designed to enjoy a perfect rest. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helped every guests with a smile...The facilities, amenities, dining, parking everything was excellent. Great location. Great ambience. It was a really cosy stay and the most beautiful part was the back balcony. You can enjoy breakfast there watching the woods, birds, sunrise and listening to the beautiful chaos of river flow. The property looks more serene in the evening.

    Valparai is a good place for spending few days with family or friends. It is very quite and the streets are not crowded like many other hill resorts. Climate was very moderate and night time was quite pleasant and cold.
