Hotel Location was very much efficient, I have booked for classic room, but I insisted the front desk staff to upgrade my room into higher category if possible. They were very generous & kind to upgrade my room. specially like to mention the name of Mr. Muzammil. without any second thought he politely upgraded and also informed me about the local places to visit. The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we felt it was the best service we had experienced anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always offering suggestions and options to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and dinner with a huge range of choice. I was travelling with my father and the hotel room had two king size beds which was great for families. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The service was on point.
