We went to Dalvík so we could ride horses at the Tvistur...
We went to Dalvík so we could ride horses at the Tvistur horse farm. Then we went north to the Herring Era Museum. I would highly recommend both. It was nice traveling in the north of Iceland because there were so few tourist. The cottage was perfect, big and super cozy inside with very comfortable beds. The view from the terrace was top notch. The place was very clean inside/out and the host was welcoming and quick to answer to my message. The hot tub on the patio was the perfect touch for a bit of relax after a long and cold day.
