The location was amazing far from cities and lights. We has and incident we our car and the owner himself at midnight came with the tractor to help us. That was the best!

I liked that the beds in the dorms had curtains, so you had some privacy. There's a big drawer under the bed where you can store your luggage and lock it (you need to bring a lock). There's a nice restaurant and bar in the hostel. The sauna and yakuzi upstairs outside are the highlight. Loved it!

The cabin was very small and basic.

The cabin was very small and basic. I weigh 120 pounds and could barely maneuver myself in the bathroom. The shower stall was not set up properly and water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was no WIFI in the cabin and I was told to use the restaurant if I needed to make contact with someone. The restaurant was closed at night. If I had had an emergency, I would have had to drive somewhere for WIFI access. The food was mediocre and expensive. I do not recommend this facility.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view.

The property is on camping site, has very nice view. Plenty space between the two cottage. But cottage was too much smaller for four people. We had not enough space for cooking and put our bags inside. In summer time it's very hard to get accomodations in Iceland, so I have not much choice, so no complain. Price is higher as per facility.
