This is a small and basic cabin BUT so charming, very authentic and what a gorgeous location. Plus host went out of her way to communicate and make sure we made it ok and were comfortable.

The house owner is so lovely. She’s helpful and super kind. Everything is clean and organised. There is a kitchen you can use as well. The house is next to the sea, if your lucky you will see a wonderful sunset.

Love the farm own cottages and we can hear the sheep talking and the horse nearby you. All facilities can use and clean. This cottage is very good.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Hjarðarholt, Mirror Suite is a vacation home surrounded by views of the mountain.

Extremely peaceful place, the decoration is great, the whole experience of being able to see all around you while being in your bed or in the hut tub is incredible.

We had a lovely tiny cottage that was so cool. Although tiny, it had everything, a full kitchen, bathroom, etc. The morning breakfast is amazing, with a variety of options, and the restaurant overall just exceeded or expectations by a mile. The food was sooooooooo good, it is worth to stop by only to get a bite or two ;-) Btw, there are also two hot tubs with clean water - that was an amazing experience as well.

Found along Route 1, this modern property is 30 minutes’ drive from Borgarnes. Facilities include the 9-hole Gianni Golf Course. All rooms have a satellite TV and free WiFi.
