Berglind was awesome. She was so friendly and fun to talk with. We got to see her beautiful horses and walk around the property and she was very knowledgeable about the area and all things Icelandic. There's even a hot spring coming out of the river on her property. It was so fun to stay in the tower climb up and down the winding stairs and just admire how it was constructed. The view from the top is spectacular and a perfect place to have a glass of wine, admire the view and watch the horses. We were very fortunate to see the northern lights while there, even though it was August.

The greeting we experienced at the front desk while checking in set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The room was cozy,, the bed so comfy, and the private bathroom was sparkling. The breakfast was deliciously and had a variety to satisfy any morning taste. The views from the dining room are stunning! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Came in late night, unit felt immediately inviting. Beds were comfortable, fell asleep immediately. Wish we could have stayed longer, hot tub facilities looked awesome!! Als I apparently free vegetables to pick from the greenhouse. 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and clean. All appliances worked well, and seemed new.

Both free Wifi and private parking are accessible at Cabin 3 at Lundar Farm free of charge.

The property was wonderful. well equipped kitchen, enough space to put your stuff. self check in and check out. you can watch and even pet the animals on the farm. And on top of all Borgarnes is a very interesting and beautiful place. though the property is a few kilometers away. its a must visit.

One of the coolest places I've ever stayed! Ragna & Sigbjörn were so kinda and hospitable. I also woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the window and caught the Aurora borealis directly over the farm. I loved seeing the horses and playing with the dogs. The cabin was warm and cozy with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.
