EstoniaVery stylish place! The room was nice, really clean and we loved the sheep pictures! 😊 Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! Unfortunately didn't have the time to check out the restaurant, however the menu looked appealing.

United StatesBeautiful property with amazing amenities and also convenient to so many fantastic sites. Comfortable beds, lots of space, neat turf roof, very clean and well designed. It was easy to get to the Hjorleifshofdi hike, Skaftafell and Vatnajökull National Park, and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon & Diamond Beach all from this location. On a clear night the Milky Way and northern lights were visible.

The room had a little coffee maker and we asked for a kettle which was provided. The staff was nice and the location was secluded enough to not suffer light pollution but close to meeting spots for tours and the diamond beach.

This is an amazing place to hike and see some glorious views - especially on a clear day - which can be a bit tricky. We were extremely fortunate to have some of the the sunniest days recorded. Could not ask for a more comfortable hike. There are glacier hikes that you can pay for but honestly parking at the Park and hiking up yourself is something you will not soon forget. Not too laborious, but you defintely feel like you are exercising. Loved every minute of this hike and I wish I could have stayed longer.Guest review bymaryUnited States

The hotel restaurant was excellent with gourmet cuisine. Other excellent feature was that you can ask to be called on the room phone if there are any Northern Lights! Unfortunately there weren't any while we were there but it was nice to know we wouldn't miss them if there were. Also, small hike from the hotel to a small glacier nearby really recommended.
