Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. A perfect place for an overnight stay on the Via Francigena. Completely renovated appartement in an old building, with everything you need (and working!), in a quiet street just off the path. Shortcut with spectacular views to the path next day. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying in this charming house during our journey from Rome to Siena and Florence, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. Situated on the border with Tuscany in the small historic town of Aquapendente, the house offers a perfect blend of comfort and history. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the unique atmosphere that combines antique charm and history with modern conveniences. The house is very well equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a group of 8 people, the internet connection worked flawlessly, allowing us to stay connected and share our wonderful experiences. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts added to the magic of our stay. They greeted us with genuine warmth, leaving us a selection of coffee, tea, milk, juices, and biscuits to enjoy during our stay. It was a lovely gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. In addition to the warm hospitality the hosts provided parking space for our large van. This gesture made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. With two bathrooms available, we had ample space and convenience for our group. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and immersed in the rich history of Aquapendente, it was truly a night to remember. We also loved taking the scenic route to Siena instead of the highway. The landscapes were straight out of a Tuscan postcard, with charming houses and beautiful trees, just like in the movie "Gladiator" We are grateful for the opportunity to experience such a delightful stay, and we recommend this house to anyone seeking a memorable and authentic experience.

Massimo and his family were so warm and welcoming. They made us two of the best meals of our entire trip in Italy - with wine, olive oil and produce made at their farm. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant, and not only were they able to accommodate us, but they went any above and beyond. We were overwhelmed by the incredible hospitality we received and felt like royalty in their home. The apartment was simple, rustic and charming in the best way. The location is peaceful and has an amazing view.

Just fantastic. We asked for an early check-in, and the host kindly accommodated this, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need, including a kitchen and a washing machine. I also appreciated little touches like the availability of board games and shampoo – very nice! Also a big plus: the appartement is surprisingly cool even on the hottest of days. Loved it.

    Adequate for short or longer stay. Plenty of parking space, little bit difficult to find but signpost SS2 130 was very helpfull. Though entrance was a bit obscure. Room was clean and everything was working. A small fridge would have been helpfull.

    Acquapendente is a gorgeous place to visit.

    Acquapendente is a gorgeous place to visit. I actually willl be living there as we bought a place...so I am partial, I suppose, but truly it is a fascinating area...the whole area around Acquapendente is extraordinary...the Lake Bolsena...is absolutely beautiful....if you take the drive to Orvieto ( only 25-30 minutes) you will wind up the cliffs above the lake aas you drive and looking down at the lake and the small communities set into the shores of Lake Bolsena...is MAGICAL! Highly recommend the whole famous Etruscan area.

    A wonderful stay! The owner and host we incredibly kind and accommodating—we needed to change our reservation, and they helped without hesitation. Despite the bad weather, we still had a lovely experience. The farm is beautifully secluded, offering a peaceful retreat, and they produce excellent honey and wine. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet getaway!

    This place is so peacefull and charming… here is so much heart♥️ Rachel and her patents Are the best host we ever met. We enjoyed the fire in the evening and tasted all the homemade biological product they made👍🏼🇮🇹 It is placed 1,5 km from Acquapendente.

    Nice large modern room in centre of Acquapendente. Very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast wasn’t too exciting (and there was no butter) but there is a lovely roof terrace on which to eat breakfast.
