Acquapendente is a gorgeous place to visit.
Acquapendente is a gorgeous place to visit. I actually willl be living there as we bought a place...so I am partial, I suppose, but truly it is a fascinating area...the whole area around Acquapendente is extraordinary...the Lake Bolsena...is absolutely beautiful....if you take the drive to Orvieto ( only 25-30 minutes) you will wind up the cliffs above the lake aas you drive and looking down at the lake and the small communities set into the shores of Lake Bolsena...is MAGICAL!
