The owner was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer messages on Booking and provide information. The place is located in some industrial zone but there is a peaceful park in a close area. It was beyond blissful to go for a walk here! The room was cosy and clean. Potable water, coffee, tea, milk and some sweet breakfast stuffs were available. Smoking area outside. There were also business cards with some recommended restaurants to go which was super helpful! It was warm and cozy inside. I see there are some comments with complaints about noises: the room is located in the owners' house and there are LIFE SOUNDS that are quite normal, at least for me. I didn't mind it at all.

New building, beautiful exterior and interior of the building. Nicely furnished with the attention to details. Very polite and supportive staff. Beautiful xmas decoration. Our suite was spacious with big beds and two baths, large terraces. Loved it.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really make time for you. The room smells divine by the way… and the breakfast buffet is a bonus! You won’t regret. Wonderful breakfast was served every morning by the owners. Rooms were perfectly clean and quiet, and there was a shuttle service to Bergamo old town, and it could also be arranged for a drop off at the train station, for example. I would arrange this place for any future Bergamo area trips without hesitation.
