The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated and clean area. In addition to clean towels and cleaning, we had clean bed linen every day, the rooms were spotless. I noticed that one of the maids is very young, about the same as my daughter, barely of legal age, but this young lady does her job phenomenally and is very polite. Also the receptionist Luca, with whom we communicated the most out of all the staff, was very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Luca for your help with parking and ztl zones! I must also emphasize that our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even in the breakfast area, and that the additional cost for the dog is symbolic and I have never paid less for a dog anywhere than here. Only the place where the hotel is located does not leave any impression. It is an industrial zone and there are no facilities, especially not for families, but Vicenza is 10 minutes away by car, Padova is about half an hour away, as is Verona, so the location of the hotel itself is not that important when all the other pluses are taken into account . If we find ourselves in that part of Italy again, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it.

The best about this hotel is everything. The personal touch, the location, the quality of the rooms, breakfast and price. It will be my only hotel to stay in Vicenza. The most important thing is that you can check in at any time not as other hotels offer only check in until 21.00.

We stayed at the hotel for an event in the Fiera nearby and this is the only hotel you can walk to the Fiera and this is already very good, plus they offer the free parking. The location, facilities, staff are as expected.

    All were great in the area .

    All were great in the area .Clean area nice restaurants and shopping in Sorelle Ramonda was great . Except of the taxi .it was extremely expensive coz the driver comes from Vicenza and calculates the km from there . So you can pay enormous high amount of money . They should have taxis come from Altavilla Vicentina and not from Vicenza that is more far .

    On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Our room and en-suite were spacious, comfortable and very clean, everything you would want from a hotel room, and having a small fridge in the room was a bonus. The hotel was perfect for us as it was only a 5 minute walk from where we needed to be, however we would recommend a car if travelling around the local area.

    Everything was perfect. The owner was very kind, helpful and done everything for our comfort. The flat has everything what we needed,even much, much more. Giovanna(the owner) pay attention for every detail. I felt myself like in a 5 star hotel. With the car everything is in the nearby. I recommend it, 100%. Thank you Giovanna.
