The meals were outstanding, along with the service. The room was quite spaceous, offering a seating area. The bed and linens were beyond comfortable. Over all, this property was perfection. Day Spa & pool area are definitely a plus. Very modern in design with indoor and outdoor relaxing areas. Pool design and access was on point.

    Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!

    Very nice apartment, stunning view, very clean, huge balcony, very accomodating hostess, great breakfast service, free card for transportation by bus, free ticket to visit a lake with a swimmingpool. Easy access to visit the villages nearby and also Bolzano.Location is literally between the vineyards which gives an insight of all the work to be done.

    Barbara was an exceptional host for this property. It was clean quiet and comfortable. It offered secure, under cover parking and a wonderful outlook. It had every appliance you could need, including a washing machine. Close to a supermarket and public transport, a perfect base to explore the area around Bolzano.

    I chose to stay a little ways outside of Bolzano. The Location was stunning-surrounded by vineyards and mountains with a view of the nearby village. There were flowers everywhere. The apartment looked brand new and was very comfortable. I was greeted with a freshly baked strudel!! I wish I could return.

    I like The modern design of the hotel rooms and suites most. Also, the food provided by the restaurant is world class, scrumptious and the waitresses are thoughtful. All the staff in the hotel are beautiful and friendly. I like their dress in Austrian style.
