We went to Siracusa for a short Easter break in our first ever visit to Sicily. Upon arrival at Via del Mare we were warmly welcomed by Maria and Jessica, who showed us to our spacious, pleasant and impeccably clean room, took us for a quick tour of the property, with special attention to the orchard, and then invited us for a lovely cup of coffee with crunchy Sicilian biscuits at the comfortable dining room. Maria, who is also a tour guide, set the local maps on the table and helped us organise our 3-day visit to the area, booking all the restaurants. Our evening in Noto on the first day was unforgettable. Maria took us herself to many of the hidden gems of Ortigia. And, of course, we also did Siracusa, Avola, Arenella...We felt at home. Breakfast was out of this world, with a range of home made delicacies, including Maria's irresistible jam. We wish we could have stay longer. But we will be back and know where we'll stay. Grazie mille, Maria, Jessica and Elio.

We loved everything, the place was lovely and had everything we needed. The beach was short walk and was not crowded on week days. The host Gaetano was extremely nice, so helpful with everything not to mention he left us fruit and snacks at the villa, even cooked for us one of the days and really took care of us till the end of the holiday. Its perfect for families with children, it's safe and you don't have to worry about anything. Two bathrooms was great plus, always handy when there are more people on holidays. We would definitely love to come back again :)

Great location, next to the beach (nice one) and 15 min from Siracusa by car. Pizzeria with small shop with local products next to the hotel. Very clean and with everything needed for our stay, great bed. Even a small fridge in the room. The owner is super attentive and helped us with our late arrival. If I come back to the area I will for sure go again to this hotel!

This place is fantastic. Outside area is very big. It has a big swimming pool, and a big garden. Also it is very central where one can reach Syracuse and Noto very easily. All it needs is a little bit of retouching here and there, but the place being so large is very difficult to maintain 100%. Great value for money

The place is pretty isolated which is great for peace and quiet. The venue looks newly done up, furniture is modern. the kitchen is user friendly and the pool is a good size and cleaned daily. Everything worked and the tv was broken but was replaced the day after even though we never used it. The parking space has a canopy which means your car remains cool and out of the sun.

This is a great place. Very quiet and easy access to beautiful beaches. The host was fantastic and the accommodation was both a very good size and very comfortable. It is near to Syracuse which is a historic and beautiful city. On our hosts advice we also went to Noto and we are glad we took his advice as it is stunning. We really enjoyed this peaceful place. It also has a very large garden to relax in. We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.

    This was the first place we stayed at in Sicily with our 2-year old, and probably the best. We stayed in one of the apartments. Cristina was very welcoming and helpful, very much the right personality to be in this business. The place is well kept, the pool is great and we loved the ability to sit outside our front door with a view of the pool. There’s ample space inside and also outside. Wifi is also the fastest we’ve seen in Sicily (Starlink, ~200 mpbs).

    Nice facilities and great location really close to the beach. Daniela was super nice, the attention to details made our experience amazing. She gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The area is really safe and quiet. Great spot and close to Siracusa.
