Everything! The owner, Carmella, was a delight. Her associate, Monica, was charming. The hotel is gorgeous, perched high above overlooking the pugliese countryside. Do visit Bistrot Clio for a truly authentic meal. And don't miss Degli Amici Bar where Raphaele makes the best aperol spritz.
